This rebate decrease will become effective July 1, 2009, which means that residents may still have time. ATTENTION PUBLIC POOL & SPA OWNERS!
All public pools and spas must be compliant with the "Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety" Act by December 19, 2008.

Pools and spas not compliant must close until compliant. The fine is $1.8 million for injury in a non compliant pool or spa. Don't hesitate! This is a federal law enforced nation wide.

Accurate Pool and Spa Services has been in close contact with the Southern Nevada Health District on this issue and have learned that there are only three inspectors trained to inspect re-models to become compliant. Accurate Pool and Spa Services is one of the few licensed to do the work and pull the proper permits.
